Hall & Hunter Realtors, a leader in the real estate market for more than 50 years, has been managing corporate residential properties through our Relocation Department for the past 20 years. Due to the dynamics of the current real estate market, there is now also a demand for management of private single-family homes.

 

Recognizing this trend Hall & Hunter created a division solely dedicated to the management of single-family residences. The seperation of managing private residences from corporate properties provides specialized and focused attention to meet the objectives of the owner and the needs of the tenant.

  • Photograph property interior/exterior prior to move-in
  • Record serial/model numbers of appliances & mechanicals
  • Move-in inspection

 How the Process Works:

 

1) Hall & Hunter's Property Manager will meet with the owner(s) to discuss objectives and desired services.

2) The contract will be explained in detail.

3) A tour of the property will be conducted with the homeowner(s) in order to: 

Perform a safety check for smoke alarms, location or existence of fire extinguishers.

Look for any safety hazards.

Locate any potential problems or areas in need of attention.

Make suggestions related to maintenance or repair.

Provide the homeowner an opportunity to explain any unique feature of the home.

Locate shut-offs for gas, water, and electric services.

4) A resident handbook will be provided and explained.
