In the last 20 years she has participated as a Senior Administrator running government sponsored programs. After relocating to Birmingham, Michigan in 1999 to join her husband, Douglas, she participated with the Oakwood Hospital Foundation fundraising for women's and children's medical programs. In addition, for the past 8 years she has served on the Leadership Council for Boys Hope Girls Hope.
