Lucy Kollin was born and raised in Northeast China. After graduating from high school she moved to Beijing and worked in the advertising, insurance and travel industries. Due to her perseverance and outgoing personality she was always in the top 5% of producers. Lucy later moved to southern China to work in foreign trade. She bought her first apartment in China at the age of 25 and has been an avid real estate investor ever since. She loves the real estate business as it is a project based industry and you learn something new with each project. Lucy said, “The people that you meet are fascinating and I get to use the skills working with such diverse cultures that I learned in my previous positions”.

Lucy moved to the USA in 2000 and is now married with three teenage children. She loves the opportunities and freedom in America and the lifestyle available in Michigan. She is very active in the Chinese community and co-founder of a non-profit organization Michigan Youth Empowerment Foundation, geared toward teaching STEM skills to girls and underprivileged children. She is always excited to share her love of Michigan with newcomers to the area and help them get acclimated to their new surroundings and comfortable in their new home.

Lucy has a broad background in Finance, which is a great asset in her work with clients. She is able to advise them about and help them analyze the potential returns from real estate investments.
