J. BRADLEY WOLF, PRESIDENT

A graduate of Northwood University, Brad was employed by a local marketing firm before joining his family’s real estate company, Hall & Hunter Realtors, as a sales agent in 1997. Over the last 21 years, Brad has served on the company’s Advisory Board, developed an in house advertising / marketing department, introduced and implemented technology, all while maintaining a position as a top producer. In the mid-2000s Brad became active on the management team, assisting with various management tasks including recruiting, retention, staffing, forecasting and goal setting. Brad obtained his Brokers license in 2010 and has most recently taken over the position as Managing Broker. Brad prides himself on growing the company while maintaining a culture with integrity. His innovative approach combining technology and introduction of business coaching to the team has proven to be inspirational and successful. A lifelong resident of Birmingham, Brad understands the importance of community and the support of the area in which he lives. He was recently voted in as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at The Community House of Birmingham and has worked with Habitat of Humanity Oakland County for over a decade. Brad enjoys spending time with his daughter, Grace, and son, Alex, up in northern Michigan in the summers or skiing with them throughout the winter.

D. RYAN WOLF, GENERAL MANAGER

Born into a real estate family, Ryan inherently possesses the necessary drive and determination expected of any premier agent. His resourceful networking and effective communication skills have played instrumental roles in his success. Having begun his career in 2003 as a Mortgage Banker, Ryan has experienced the various economic cycles that have directly / indirectly impacted real estate sales and knows firsthand how to successfully navigate through any economic environment. In 2015, Ryan decided to pursue his passion in real estate in the city he was born and raised, Birmingham.

Running his business along the lines of the GOLDEN RULE–one should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself, Ryan believes honesty and hard work go a long way. He strives to achieve customer satisfaction in every transaction by putting the clients’ needs at the forefront of the experience. He prides himself in not only finding exactly what his client wants, but also fulfilling dreams and improving his clients’ quality of life. Believing that buying or selling a home should come with as little stress as possible, he strives to make it a happy experience with the best possible outcome.

Ryan attended Birmingham Seaholm High School and then Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Ryan holds the knowledge, skill, loyalty and know-how to yield results whether you’re selling, buying or renting a home in Oakland County.
