Since 2004, Hall & Hunter Realtors of Birmingham, Michigan has successfully partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County to help qualified families achieve the dream of owning their own simple, decent, affordable home. This unique collaboration has raised tens of thousands of dollars, which has gone directly into new construction projects, thus demonstrating the direct impact that leading community businesses can have in the lives of local families.

The annual Hall & Hunter Estate Sale of Antiques, Collectibles and Treasures, which now includes hundreds of items, has grown to become a full year's endeavor. Through a unique partnership with Changing Places Moving Company (agent of Arpin Van Lines) of Waterford, MI, donated items are collected throughout the year from Hall & Hunter customers, clients, agents and many other community friends. The donations are then stored in the Changing Places warehouse and just prior to the sale, are delivered to the offices of Hall & Hunter in downtown Birmingham, the site of the event. At this time the Hall & Hunter volunteers roll up their sleeves and with the help of Lori Stefek, of Stefek's Auctioneers & Appraisers, who generously donates her merchandising expertise, price, stage and prepare for the one-of-a-kind day-long sale.
